Robert Wendover
Presentation Preview
Robert Wendover is the Managing Director of the Center for Generational Studies a sociological research firm based in Aurora, CO.

Mr. Wendover has authored the Center’s newly released training curriculum, Generations: Understanding Age Diversity in Today’s Workplace. His books include On Cloud Nine: Weathering the Challenge of Many Generations in the Workplace, Smart Hiring, Two Minute Motivation, Handpicked: Finding and Hiring the Best Employees and the soon-to-be-released Hey Dude! The Manager’s Short Course on the Emerging Generations. In addition he has produced audio and video packages entitled, From Ricky & Lucy to Beavis & Butthead: Managing the New Work Force. He serves as the editorial director of the Center’s monthly newsletter, GenTrends, and has written or contributed to more than 200 articles for national and local publications. Mr. Wendover is a regular guest on radio & TV across the U.S. His credits include CNN, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly, Supervisory Management, Human Resources Professional, and the American Management Association’s Presidents’ Letter. In addition, he has written monthly columns for both retailers and the real estate industry.

Mr. Wendover's education includes degrees in psychology, education and industrial arts. He served on the management faculty of the University of Phoenix for more than ten years. Along with being past president of both the Colorado Speakers Association and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, he is a two-time past Chair of the National Meetings Industry Council.

Jeff VanKooten
Presentation Preview
Jeff VanKooten is a senior consultant with The Center for Generational Studies and specializes in exploring and communicating issues of cultural change and generational understanding. Jeff’s experiences as a business professional, high school teacher, youth worker, and pastor give him the perfect mix to understand people of all ages and backgrounds, challenging them to pursue more harmonious relationships. He holds bachelors degrees in communications and psychology and a Masters in Theology. Jeff is a member of the National Speakers Association – the leading organization for those who speak professionally. Because he’s had 22 years experience from the platform, and because he’s just downright funny, Jeff will cause you both to laugh and to learn.

Sally Field
 
Sally J. Field has more than 18 years combined HR and general management experience focusing on organizational development. She brings you strong experience as the former Director of Human Resources for Erickson's Diversified and HomeStyles Publishing and Marketing in the Twin Cities, MN area coupled with her expertise as a public information officer and division manager for the State of IL.
 

Sally holds a BA degree in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA with honors from Aurora University.  She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as being a licensed MN educator.  She is an adjunct faculty member at University of Wisconsin at River Falls, Century College and Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College.  Sally is an experienced, certified facilitator in utilizing the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, AchieveGlobal (formerly Zenger-Miller), Mobius Coaching Model, and Accelements Adult Learning.  She is a former Board member of both the St. Croix Valley Employers' Association, and MN Women in Community and Technical Colleges as well as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and Association for Psychological Type (APT).

Debrorah Bonner
Deborah is a native of Atlanta, Ga. She attended Georgia State College where she studied Early Childhood Development. Education has always been the common theme in her life. She has over thirty years experience in training, education, and management. Her background includes working as a trainer for KFC, owner/operator of The Body Shop in Charleston, S.C a company whose goal was to educate corporate clients in health & fitness. She has worked for Dale Carnegie as a training specialist and for Fulton County Government as Executive Director for N. Fulton Clean & Beautiful, educating the citizenry on environmental initiatives. She has also worked as a general manager and personal trainer for Gold’s Gym. Deborah has three children and five grandchildren, her passions include gourmet cooking, music, reading, fitness and music.
