Robert W. Wendover is the Managing Director of the Center for Generational Studies. Over the past 20 years he has presented customized training and keynotes for industry, education and government. He specializes in assisting organizations with intergenerational relations, leadership trends and other management issues.
Mr. Wendover has authored the Center’s newly released training curriculum, Generations: Understanding Age Diversity in Today’s Workplace. His books include On Cloud Nine: Weathering the Challenge of Many Generations in the Workplace and the soon-to-be-released Crossing the Generational Divide: Essential Skills for Managing the Modern Workforce. In addition he has produced audio and video packages entitled, From Ricky & Lucy to Beavis & Butthead: Managing the New Work Force. He serves as the editorial director of the Center’s monthly newsletter, GenTrends, and has written or contributed to more than 200 articles for national and local publications. Mr. Wendover is a regular guest on radio & TV across the U.S.

In addition he has produced audio and video packages entitled, From Ricky & Lucy to Beavis & Butthead: Managing the New Work Force. He serves as the editorial director of the Center’s monthly newsletter, GenTrends, and has written or contributed to more than 200 articles for national and local publications. Mr. Wendover is a regular guest on radio & TV across the U.S. His credits include CNN,CNBC, The Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly, Supervisory Management, Human Resources Professional, and the American Management Association’s Presidents’ Letter. In addition, he has written monthly columns for both retailers and the real estate industry.
Mr. Wendover's education includes degrees in psychology, education and industrial arts. He served on the management faculty of the University of Phoenix for more than ten years. Along with being past president of both the Colorado Speakers Association and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, he is a two-time past Chair of the National Meetings Industry Council.
